Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users when using S3 Manager (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the mobile application and related APIs provided for AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service) management.
  2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Service and can use the Service.
  4. "AWS Credentials" refers to the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key used to access AWS services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to members through other means.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when deemed necessary, and amended Terms will be announced through notices.
  3. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

  1. Users apply for membership by filling in the registration form and agreeing to these Terms.
  2. The Company registers users as members unless any of the following apply:
    • The applicant has previously lost membership under these Terms
    • Registration contains false, incomplete, or erroneous information
    • Registration is deemed to significantly impair Service operations

Article 6 (Member Obligations)

  1. Members must securely manage their AWS credentials and must not share them with third parties.
  2. Members may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or provide it to third parties without prior consent from the Company.
  3. Members must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and notices posted on the Service.

Article 7 (AWS Credentials Management)

  1. Members must register their AWS credentials to use the Service.
  2. AWS credentials are stored locally on the device using secure Keychain storage and are not stored on the server.
  3. Members may modify or delete their registered AWS credentials at any time.
  4. Members are responsible for any damages resulting from negligent management of their AWS credentials.

Article 8 (Service Use Restriction and Suspension)

  1. The Company may restrict or suspend Service use in the following cases:
    • Service equipment inspection, repair, replacement, failure, or communication disruption
    • Member violation of these Terms
    • Other force majeure circumstances

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications carriers.
  2. The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by member negligence.
  3. The Company is not liable for any expected profits or losses that members fail to obtain through the Service.
  4. The Company is not liable for damages arising from negligent management of AWS credentials by members.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes between the Company and members shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea.
  2. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes between the Company and members.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Service are effective from January 10, 2026.
